We focus on using the freshest, high-quality ingredients to bring you our specialty, Nasi Lemak, as well as other carefully crafted dishes that capture the heart of Southeast Asian flavors. Our goal is to make mid-week meals exciting and satisfy your cravings with nostalgic, well-cooked goodness for every family.
What areas do you deliver to?
Delivery Zones: We currently deliver within 20km radius from the city. Our delivery zones cover most urban areas, City of Sydney LGA/ Inner West suburbs/ Eastern/ South eastern suburbs/ Lower North Shore Suburbs included Lindfield and Macquarie. But if you're unsure if your area is within our delivery range, you can send us a message through website/ whatsapp/ email. We offer free delivery if order over $95.
Special Delivery Requests: If your location is outside our usual delivery zone, please contact us. Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange a special delivery for an additional fee.
Self pick-up: We offer self pick-up on Wednesday, between 10 AM- 10:45 AM at our hygiene certified prep kitchen Shop 44, 61-89 Buckingham Street 2010 Surry Hill.
What days and times are deliveries made?
Standard Delivery Days: Our primary delivery day is Wednesdays, between 1030 AM and 3 PM.
Holiday Deliveries: During holiday seasons, we offer special delivery days, especially for Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Eid. These schedules are announced in advance, so be sure to check our website and social media pages.
Delivery Time : While we aim to deliver within a specific time frame, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times due to traffic and other factors, but we do our best to be as punctual as possible.
How do I place an order?
Online Ordering: Simply visit our website, select your preferred menu items, and add them to your cart. When ready, and proceed to checkout.
Pre-Orders: Our most popular dishes often sell out fast, especially seasonal offerings. Pre-ordering is highly recommended for secure your desired items.
Order Deadlines: Orders must be placed by Monday 3 PM, 2 days before delivery to ensure availability. Or your delivery will carry on next Wednesday.
Do you offer any dietary customizations or substitutions?
Allergy Notice: If you have food allergies, please inform us before you place order. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles allergens, so cross-contamination cannot be completely guaranteed. We will do our best to cater our valued customers.
What should I do to reheat my food?
Reheating Instructions: Our dishes come with specific reheating instructions on website to ensure you enjoy them at their best. Generally:
Curries and Sauces: Gently warm on the stovetop, stirring occasionally, or microwave for 1-2 minutes, covered.
Baked Items: For crispiness, reheat in an air fryer or oven instead of the microwave.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
